About Semi-precious Gemstones

| Semiprecious stones are gems that are not considered as rare or expensive as precious stones. Examples of precious stones are diamonds, emeralds, sapphires and rubies. Examples of semiprecious stones are opals, topaz, amethyst, rhodochrosite, and turquoise. Most of our gemstone beads and components are considered to be semi-precious. Items which are man-made are marked accordingly in the detailed descriptions. |
