These faceted oval beads have all the characteristics that you look for in great Labradorite beads! The base color is the attractive pale grey to almost transparent gemstone and the "flash" is truly stunning. Not only does almost every bead flash blue, many also have a bit of golden toned flash. The beads are a nice size too varying from about 7x5mm to 8.5x6mm. Beads are hand shaped and faceted - but as you can see from the picture, they are very uniform. Do be aware that you may find an occasional bead that is not exactly drilled down the centerline. Beads are strung on strands that are 14.5 inches long.

Beautiful faceted rondelle beads in very nice quality Labradorite! The base color is the attractive pale grey to transparent gemstone and the "flash" is very good, as well. Beads are hand shaped and faceted - but as you can see from the picture, they are uniformly shaped and faceted. Bead diameters range between 3.7 to 4.1mm with uniform sizing on each individual strand. Beads are strung on strands that are 14 inches long.

We were lucky to find such nice large Labradorite beads. The blue 'flash' is good to excellent in these oval beads - and some even flash a purple color in some lighting conditions. Due to the very large size, some beads will have 'lines' within the gemstone material where the crystal formation is not continuous (shown in picture). Each bead measures about 20x15mm. Most are thin enough (5.5-6mm) to fit nicely within the Pewter Pendant Wrap finding that we sell. Drilled on the long dimension of the bead, faceted on both sides of the bead. Sold individually.

This is a great looking group of fully faceted Labradorite Marquise shaped beads. Not only is the "blue flash" very good to excellent, some of the beads also have a bit of "golden flash" as well. Some of the beads may have internal 'lines' due to the crystal structure (shown in the picture); other beads may be very slightly asymettrical or the hole may not be drilled exactly level across the top. Sold by carat, sizes are given for reference; size ranges overlap because some drops are thinner/thicker than others.

Remaining drops have been discounted for condition: any or all of the following may occur: very slight chips or nicks on faceted edge of pendant (usually near a drilled hole), 'lines' within the drop where the crystal direction changes (may affect surface of pendant), not a well formed marquise shape.
